A structure that turns scattered industrial capacity into a single contracting party
The Kariz Circle export consortium is built on the technical, engineering and manufacturing capacity of Markazi Province — Iran's industrial heartland. Its purpose is to expand international cooperation, transfer technology, enable joint production and develop markets in Uzbekistan and the wider region.
Mission
To deliver a complete, coherent export package: from market identification and matching quality and price through to inspection, certification, freight and delivery at the buyer's warehouse.
Vision
A sustained presence for Markazi Province’s industries in regional markets, and a consolidated international reputation built through joint production and technology transfer.
Origin
Markazi Province, Iran's industrial heartland: eight manufacturing, engineering and inspection companies, the oldest with over four decades of experience.
How the members work together
Non-competing members
Member companies operate in complementary fields; strategic alliance among non-competing companies is the foundation of the structure.
One contracting party
A foreign client contracts with a single party but reaches the capacity of eight plants and an independent engineering department.
The full chain, in-house
Engineering, production, galvanizing, inspection and NDT, freight and customs clearance are all carried out within the consortium.
Reduced uncertainty
Specialized allocation of resources between buyer and supplier, with the flexibility to keep the supply chain stable abroad.
From market identification to delivery
The consortium's seven-step export process. Inspection, coating and engineering all sit inside the same chain.
Understand need and market
Review demand in the destination market, identify competitors and segment by product.
Select company and capacity
Determine the right member company and the production capacity that can be committed.
Technical and price review
Quotation, matching of technical specifications and importing-country standards.
Engineering, production, supply
FEED design where required, then production and procurement.
Quality control and documents
Inspection, NDT, certification and preparation of export documentation.
Freight, export and delivery
Packaging, overland transport, customs clearance and delivery at the buyer's warehouse.
Support and continuity
After-sales service and development of the contract in the destination market.
